To secure an appointment booking, a non refundable deposit of £20 will be payable via online bank transfer at the time of booking, which will then be deducted from your service total.

If you need to cancel for any reason and I receive 48hrs notice, I will happily carry over the deposit paid to ONE rescheduled appointment.

If I receive notice after 48hrs, then the deposit will be lost, and a further deposit will need to be payable for any future appointment.
