A Consultation is required before EVERY new colour service!

At the consultation:-

• We will discuss colour history & colour goals. (I will bring my colour chart for you to pick a colour.

(I ask that all clients be completely honest with me, when asked for their colour history. I have no judgement on past product usage. It is a need-to-know must, so that there are no surprises along the way during the colour service. Especially when either bleaching hair or using a colour stripper, as the bleach/stripper never lies and reveals all. Better for me to know in advance what I'm dealing with, so that I can use the best of my knowledge and skill to help you achieve your colouring goals and to avoid disappointment.)

• I need to see the condition of your hair (Damage or not)

• I need to see the length/thickness of your hair before final quotation. (As thicker/longer hair requires the use of more product and requires more time spent on each service, which will cost additional charges.)

• I need to do a skin test (which is required 48hrs before EVERY colour service done on the scalp)

• I may need to take a strand test to see how much I can lift the hair to the desired colour with minimal damage.

• I charge a £20 non refundable consultation fee, which upon booking will be deducted from your colouring service total.
